Exactly, we have people being given jobs even though they are not the most qualified person but because they are Black, Hispanic, Female, etc.
Look at how they are hiring all these cops, firefighters, teachers, etc who may not be qualified for the job but because the job "is not representative of current demographics", Thats BS, I dont care what color they are just make sure the firefighter, EMT/paramedic, cop, etc is the most qualified one for the job. The NYPD used to be looked upon as the best and greatest law enforcement agency in the world and now they are a total joke and the laughing stock of the world now that they have lowered their standards to the point where the only difference between an NYPD officer and the people they arrest is that one of them has a badge.
