I was under the impression to list only functional battleships. As Arizona, Utah and Texas would not fit this catagory.
Texas is still afloat and appears to be in good order. She still has the coal fired power plant and is listed on the American Engineering list being the last of its kind technology wise.
Arizona and Utah are considered war grave memorials. Non usable and they would not consider touching them unless absolutely necessary. In any case it would be souley for enviromental concerns. Very much like the Royal Oak in Scapa Flow.
The rest are operaple in theory but they would go with the Iowa's if they had to choose ones to send back to service for the USN.
