The Bush era hasn't initiated anything that didn't have a burning fuze under Clinton. The Bush administration has simply attempted to clean up the mess, albeit demonstrably poorly planned and executed, but at least they didn't just sit there like idol schoolboys pondering how to avoid their duties and responsibilities.

I call that comparing things in referance.
Ofcourse at the end it is matter of
opinion. You say, Clinton turned a humanitarian effort in Somalia into an inspired Islamic jihad, so did GWB under the watchfull eyes of the Grand Architect (Cheney), who turned a humanitarian effort in Iraq (
sense they refered their invasion as liberation) into an inspired Islamic jihad, which has many many times them magnitude of the Somlian jehad. Regardless, of how a person thinks, while you might say that "Bush era hasn't initiated anything that didn't have a burning fuze under Clinton", another person might related US indecisivness in regard to Iraq during Clinton era, easilly to Bush the elder (67), whose administartion decided
not to finish job. Therefore, Clinton-enthusiats might use your own logic, that he (Clinton) inheritated Iraq problem. That is very truth.
In case of Al-Qaida, like other things, while GWB enthusiats claim that he (GWB) had inherited the problem from the indesicive Clinton, I can say similiarly that Clinton inherited Al-Qaida problem from the Soviet-Afghan war and the Reagan administartion policy, and I presume another pro-republican will say that policy help to defeat the Soviets at a critical time, therefore it was worth the price.
In my view, it is extremelly easy to point finger, if a person has the inclintation to do so.
