Stillness and quietness of the Clinton era? The era where he turned a humanitarian effort in Somalia into an inspired Islamic jihad? Where he vasilated and waffled on what to do while thousands were displaced, raped, and butchered in the Balkans? Where terrorists were allowed to bomb embassies, military assets, and attack innocents without meaningful or deterrant retribution? Where North Korea and Iran were allowed to continue their nuclear ambitions unchalleneged? That stillness and quiet?

The Bush era hasn't initiated anything that didn't have a burning fuze under Clinton. The Bush administration has simply attempted to clean up the mess, albeit demonstrably poorly planned and executed, but at least they didn't just sit there like idol schoolboys pondering how to avoid their duties and responsibilities.
