The USA has ten real Battleships that still exist, two in reserve and five as museums, and two that are sunk at Pearl Harbour and now are memorials.
USS Texas, now a museum is located in La Porte, Houston, Texas,
USS Massachusetts, now a museum, is located in Fall River, Massachusetts,
USS North Carolina, now a museum, located in Wilmington, North Carolina,
USS Alabama, now a museum, located in Mobile, Alabama

Other Battleships:
Mikasa, a pre-dreadnought, Admiral Togo's Flagship at the battle of Tsushima, has been removed from the sea and laid up in concrete as a museum near Yokosuka, Japan.
HMS Warrior, a museum in Portsmouth is not a true battleship, HMS Warrior is more similar to an ocean-going centre battery ironclad than a battleship because, HMS Warrior does not have any armoured rotating turrets that house heavy guns and HMS Warrior has three masts for sails.
HMVS Cerbus, Ironclad, oceaning going Ironclad battleship, sunk as a breakwater, at Black Rock, Victoria, Australia (efforts are underway to raise and restore HMVS Cerebus as a museum)
Huascar, monitor, mueum, Talcahuano, Chile

Cairo, Civil War River Ironclad, museum, Vicksburg, Mississippi, USA.
