IMO and I'm no expert but it appears they want to grow and it seems they arent off to a bad start either. Im sure many gentlemen here could give far better insight as far as politics/economics that drives them and their motives. But if we can be friendly enough and share technology like AEGIS, it sure seems nice to have another "capable" and differently looked upon friendly out there thats not in the spotlight like America and the USN.
