Read a lot of interesting stuff on Russian forums about these. Tor M1 is much more capable and expensive that Tunguska, which is more anti-helo defense. Both are relativelly short range... around 5km effective and max range of Tor-M1 is 12km. Tor-M1 can shoot unguided bombs and even Grad BM-21 shells..... two channels... so it can attack two targets with two missiles fired on each. It can be used against CM on their terminal stage.....

I would love to hear comparison of Tor-M1 with its western peers....
