Hi Guys,

The fact that Iranians are incahoots with the insurgents is not a new story and it was pretty much an expected byproduct of U.S. efforts in the region.

The EFP angle is not a new phenomenon, either.

This being the case, it seems to me that the importance we attach to this story is really one of timing.

Why all the meida attention and why now?
