The Leopards will replace the AMX-13 tank which are seriously antique pieces. I won't be surprised if some of the Leopards would be put in India as India is emerging as training dstination for SAF soldiers.
Singapore also follows an offensive doctrine, pre-emptive attack as the belief is that if the fighting comes to Singapore, everything is lost.....
