This article is quite quite wrong.
It has been discussed to death, Chinese varyag is far far from being operational.
It will take atleast 5 to 7 years to make varyag fully operational, including su33's.
3 carriers? that will be within the next decade, means atleast 15 to 17 years from now.
They are concentrating on a sub based force more.
Indian Navy will remain matched with chinese navy in the future if not better.
and within next 10-15 years we might as well see ADS-2 having catapault design[from US ofcourse] and stuffs.
Chinese carriers doesnt have much of strategic importance right now, they need to capture taiwan as of now and needs some large LPD's.
The IOR region most important will be dominated by IN [ofcours eUSN excluded, USN is a global force right now].
