Right, but unlike the middle east, they already have severe negative natural population growth. The balance of the two factors indicates a limited number of emigrants.

In the range of ~250,000 people were killed in the first year or two of conflict there. Stuff like that makes people want to leave. I'd say a severe curbing of deaths=less conflict, or at least less people leaving.
