Oh what a surreal world you must live in, where you are allowed not merely to hold, but forcibly express your views, whilst slamming anyone else who offers an opinion. Yeah, man 'murican d'mocracy, right.

Let me disabuse you of some of your juvenile blatherings. Somebody you would accuse of being a broke failure in your perverted lexicon means 'Not a millionaire'. Now contemplate, if you can stand the dreadful prospect, your candidates. Not very many of them are there? Are you sure thats the best your nation has to offer? Really? How sad. And of these people, is it earned (how?) or inherited wealth? And you are still going to lie to me and tell me your system is right and proper? Hint, don't waste your breath.

I do not claim to be an expert on the USA. I have visited it a dozen or so times, on the final occasion for 5 weeks. I have American friends who, like me, are ex-military and capable of independent thought.

Finally, as regards to my 'effing' business, I will use the term for you. In the professional forces I had the honour to serve, there was the phrase used in describing someone who had an opinion on everything, but hadn't been in the service very long. It was "He's an eff-all kid. He's seen eff-all. He's done eff-all and he knows eff-all". That is you, sunshine!

LOL you actually think that the UK is so much more democratic? Ever notice how Governments tend to just do what they think is best regardless of public opinion and are often able to surpress public attention to the fact, or in the case of many, they simply ignore it. The fact that the Howard Government keeps getting elected here on their promises of keeping 'australian values' and all that cliche bullcrap while they take more immigrants than ever (and they want more) says something about how seriously politicians take public concerns unless they have a fully contested election coming up.
