That involves us being able to get every nuke.
Considering how woefully the "Great Iraqi WMD Hunt" turned out, i don't have a lot of faith we could stop most- let alone all- the Pak nukes and F-16s from getting through. And i'd also point out that they could drop several Km short of our positions and still inflict horrible casualties on our forces(and totally contaminate the battlefield we have to pass through).
What if they got clever and just moored a nuke under 25 feet of water in the most likely landing spots? There'd be no way to stop that at all unless we somehow got either extremely good HUMINT, or some USN frogman literally stumbled into one that for whatever reason had become uncovered on the floor of the ocean.
Hell, they could just bury them on the beaches themselves. 100 feet deep where no sensor could detect them and no munition could hit them, and then wait for us to land.
What i doubt is that they'd use BMs at all. The US is too good at shooting those down.
