This is a ridiculous position that this presenter has taken. Maybe he is playing devils advocate but even so its a stupid suggestion.
Perhaps there is a case that the Coalition leaders should be subject to an investigation relating to the conduct of their military and the impact upon human rights of their strategy in Iraq (something that I understand that Amnesty International have recently commented on).
History and the American people will be the judge.
