I don't know. I'm not within the Pak decision ciricles and hence, I'm not qualified to judge what they can afford and what they have to afford. All I can tell you is that this kind of cost-cutting has been done before by the ABCA armies and the Chinese PLA. In all instances, we saw reduced combat capabilities and had to reverse the changes.
