I see your point but I don't think it is as relevant to Pakistan as it is to other nations. Our army is 600,000 strong, but I think it is this size because some policy makers felt matching India numerically would be more important than matching them in terms of effectiveness, we cannot financially maintain an army this large and keep it up to date, you agree with this at least don't you?
