Apparently, the photos were a recontruction of what happened. But even if it was, sending photos to a tabloid was an extremely irresponsible thing to do. Had they consulted military seniors, I'm sure action would have been taken to eliminate prisoner abuse. The soliders behind this need to be identified and held to account for their actions.
