Jana,
Most of the Jihadi training camps pre-9/11 were in Afghanistan with a few in Pok (including the area called NA by you all). This was done to give them depth from air recce, air attacks/ SOF raids and arty shelling.
Currently, there would not be any Jihadi camps in Miram Shah, as the PA itself has no control over it, unless the warring tribes/ Osama/ and Taliban give permission.
