3 wheels, eh? It has some kind of distant resemblance to the 3-wheeler taxis that are very common in India, many which run on CNG themselves, and have no proper English name. They're based on scooters and have scooter wheels, 3/4 seats(including driver), a canvas roof, no doors and a little engine puttering away at the back. Far less advanced than this targa-scissor doored, voice activated, two-seater vehicle.
