But I do want to thank the governments of most of the foreign countries that I've visited. They were nice enough to have English translations on the highway and most public transportation lines.
Now to address the persons worry, that the Government doesn't have enough programs to teach ESL classes. I agree, but if you want to learn the language and it becomes mandatory to become a citizen, you will find a way.
