SO the question that I ask, is what will the AF and Congress do?
The AF hocked 1/5th of their planes to pay for the 183 planes they are getting.
Congress capped the money. Does this mean we will get:
the same amount of planes that are patched, watched and live with the reduced airframe life.
A smaller buy, and fix the planes already in the chute.
Or beg Congress for the funds to "Fix" half the F-22s and possibly have to hock another program to pay for it?
