Sir,

There is a CONPLAN 8022. However, there's only been a very superficial briefing of its contents and journalists are taking wild assumptions on it. The actual CONPLAN 8022 remains a Class Protected Asset. I don't know if even NATO Top Secret clearance can get a read.
