That, Sir, is why I do not believe Saudi Arabia will ever have the bomb, at least not without Pak personnel operating and managing it. The Saudis have one battery of Chinese DF-2 rockets, supposedly armed with VX. However, Sir, the entire battery is being maintained by 50 Chinese engineers.
Confidence is extremely lacking when trying to state that the Saudis could manage a nuke program.
