New Democratic Poll 1/13

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have now one stated apiece, and it appears that Clinton has taking a tenuous national lead. John Edwards trails a distant third. Which Democratic candidate do you support to win their party's nomination?

How about including Bill Richardson (even though he's dropped out) and Dennis Kuchinich? Or at least a none of the above.

If I had to support a Dem, it would be Richardson; he occasionally manages to rise to the level of the beginning of a veneer of moderation.

democrat or Republican?

None of either partys candidates are very attractive for 2008.

We need a good strong Independant candidate to clean up DC!

As an independent, I take no influence to whether a candidate is republican or democrat. I voted Edwards to represent the Democratic party for the simple reason that I don't care fore either Billary or Obama, and don't know much about anyone else.

Hillary needs more experience IMO, and Obama (a) lacks necessary foreign policy experience to be the leader of our country in this day and age, and (b) has been endorsed by Oprah, whom I can't stand for reasons that need not be stated in this thread. (As trivial as (b) is...)

I'm a McCain fan myself.

Now that Hillary's completely transplanted Barack's agenda nothing's stopping her. She appeals to the begrudged, Barack appeals to democrats.

Hillary is more of the same, Obama is a total foreign policy virgin, reminds me too much of Tony Blair, and plays the race card against Clinton at every opportunity

I'm a registered republican, but...I just might vote democrat. Still observing and reading everything I can about ALL of the runners. Obama tries to play the sincere innocent, however it appears that he likes to veil the "race" card. It takes money to be President in the United States. My observation and opinion. If you don't have money, it takes big money backing, which means......big money buy outs. Of course everyone knows the United States is a republic, not a democracy right?

Obama has played the race card from the beginning when he had Oprah stump for him in SC.

Hillary will turn that against him, watch and learn. Obama will win hands down in SC against her, which will show America that it is a racial voting bloc. I may be wrong, but watch and see what the rest of the states do after SC.

Proof of this is that she has already left SC, and left Bill behind with hat in hand. If she pulls this off, that means she MUST have a copy of Karl Rove's play book.

Ha, ha.

Kucinich has dropped out, and faced reality.

Which must be a new experience for him.

My predictions are right so far. Obama slammed her in SC, and the Clintons do not look too unhappy about it. She's off tonight to Tennessee, which she holds a lead over Obama. Obama is off to Atlanta, Georgia, which he holds a lead here over Hillary.
