Judging from how people view Hitlery I would not want to buy a "used and new" Hitlery figure. I can only imagine its condition

Kind of odd they call it an "action figure". It's a doll. Then again, all "action figures" are dolls.

The differences is action figures have guns while dolls have clothes.
