Duncan Hunter appears to be the only candidate that comes across as truly conservative in all areas. I like Rudy's stance on the GWOT. However, I'm very dissapointed in the stance he has taken on a multitude of social issues.....anti-2nd amendment, pro choice, pro-gay, and a host of other social issues....he won't work for me. Gotta go with Duncan Hunter.

Fred Thompson came over well on the Charlie Rose show last night. He opened himself up to attack on the torture issue saying that he and probably all the prez candidates would approve of "stronger" interrogation measures on a case-by-case basis if getting info out of someone would save American lives...at least, he would. He was good on most other topics...came across as very presidential... I must say, no where in TV do you get the in depth one-on-one that let's you really get a feel for someone like you do on the Charlie Rose show.
