Just to let you guys know. Russia has given up on trying to persuade Iran to enrich its uranium in Russia. It has given US and the others the go ahead to refer Iran to UN Security council. That was several days back. So Iran is getting refered, i doubt after Russia gave up on them China will continue on, there is really no reason for it now.
