Only for people who know their stuff

Okay guys I'm basing this off information of what the military aviation will be like in 2015. Assuming the technology that the US, Russia, China, and EU are testing becomes standard production use.

Russia: The Russians are currently experimenting with plasma stealth and claim that it makes their jets just as or more stealthy as an F/A-22A Raptor. All the Russian fighter jets radar signatures will be drastically reduced to almost nothing.

Russian weapons include the R-77, AA-11, and AA-12. All these are counterparts that are equal to the American AIM-120C and AIM-9X missiles.

Also experimenting with the Su-47A Berkut air-superiority fighter.

Lastly experimenting with helmet mounted sights.

United States: Currently experimenting with technology similiar to plasma stealth, probably working around 2015. All the American fighter jet radar signatures will be reduced to nothing as well.

Also experimenting with the new AIM-120D AMRAAM missile that is supposed to have a 50% increase in range (approx. 37-38 miles) and smaller escape envolope.

Also experimentiing with AESA Radar for the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and a slightly weaker version for the F/A-22A Raptor.

Lastly experimenting with the new Joint Strike Fighter and Joint helmet mounted cueing system.

European Union: Currently helping US with JSF.

Has Meteor missile with a range of 70-50 miles and very small escape envolope, probably upgrading it.

China: Currently buying all weapons from Russia.

Made J-10 Aircraft with perfomance level similiar to F-16C.
