We have one, you just can't see it. Most bannings are for obvious reasons, the ones you can't figure out are usually people that were allready banned under another name.

Sure, anyone who's posted alot without being a problem, is going to gain more benefit from the doubt. There is no vote.

Sure, they could use the email contact lists to explain their side. I'm not certain, but I believe this was done once and another chance given. IIRC, the second chancer didn't make it a week.

There are alot of 3 day bans, but that's about it for temporary bans.
