its more from the people involved in LCA. they need work after LCA right. And that will be MCA. Though the previous design they came up with didnt have internal weapon loads and that made it not a good idea . Lets see what they bring in. Now in case LCA comes up as a success then a good MCa design by DRDO will not be a bad idea to persue at all.
