I've noticed that hydrogen when cooled to two degrees above absolute zero can be pushed through a tube at higher pressures than any other liquid on earth. In fact, they tend to exhibit near no friction forces on the tube they pass through. I'm going to research this idea further.
But, there are so many types of liquid explosives, and considering little research has been put into it, there are still so many things we have not even looked into as of yet.

So you want to do an updated version of the Pheumatic Dynamite gun?
Are you filling it in the chamber then igniting or the big motor combustion chamber thing?
Extreme cold is not the way to go with either ships or explosions that are useable.
