Well, don't they have a WWII submarine anchored at the Fisherman's Wharf.
USS Pampanito, you can barely see it, unless you walk right next to it.
Besides I don't realize why they don't do anything with Alcatraz. Its one of the best locations in SF and it has a sad looking diplaidated prizon on it. What an eye sore.
Don't even get me started with Treasure Island
