And to add my share of experience a bomb in a train which was set to explode in coimbatore exploded when it was in kerala(3 hours later) killing 6.

Mind you 6 is huge number for us and more over the idea of bomb blast was also very scary.

So dont think anyone considers 3000 a small number,the point which Jay raised was that a country as diverse as India is,occasinal frictions or breakouts will keep on happening due to unempoyment,desperation among youths.But still looking at the overall picture we manage the show uch better than anyone else.
